Oriental Motor has extended its product guarantee from twelve months to two years.

Confident in the reliability of its products, the company still expects no returns.
One of the largest manufacturers of AC motors, Oriental Motor has designed its AC motors with an extended life span often reaching eight years.
The new two-year guarantee extends to all Oriental Motor products including its stepper motors (Vexta) and cooling fans (Orix).
All products must surpass stringent in-house continuous testing.
They can then be supplied to the market with the two-year product guarantee.
The guarantee is supported by the Oriental Motor policy of not selling at all rather than selling incorrectly.
When the motor is not suitable for the application, it will lose functionality.
"Quality is the first priority for Oriental Motor", commented Mark Checkley, UK Sales Manager at Oriental Motor.
"Our products are so well manufactured and thoroughly tested that we can ensure long-term product reliability and customer satisfaction", he continued.
