Orlin Technologies has been appointed as UK distributor for an extensive range of high-quality low-cost optomechanical components made by Op Mount Instrument of Taiwan.
Orlin Technologies has been appointed as UK distributor for an extensive range of high-quality low-cost optomechanical components made by Op Mount Instrument of Taiwan.
These components will complement Orlin's exisiting range of precision motion control and positioning devices.
The Op Mount range includes everything needed for building stable and reliable optical setups whether for prototyping, short-run production or general laboratory use.
Op Mount adjustable optic mounts feature ultra-fine-pitch 100turn/in adjusting screws as standard and a patented design that ensures maximum stability.
If even finer adjustment is required, 130turn/in screws are available with optional locking nuts and removable knobs.
This high quality does not, however, come at a high price, with a two axis adjustable mount for a 1in-diameter optic starting at less than GBP 40.
Also in the range are translation stages (manual and motorised), posts, rods, clamps, breadboards and brackets all at the same low prices.
The 2005 catalogue is available now on the Orlin Technologies website with the newly released 2006 catalogue is available on CD on request.
