Otehall Switches has launched its new H700 Series of single axis panel mounting joysticks.

These joystick controllers feature a paddle style actuator and a rear of panel flange mounting, with a bezel to present through panels up to 2.5mm thick.

A panel cutter is available through Otehall.

Initially developed for the disabled market, the unit features a central 'dead band' requiring positive movement to full travel in order to operate.

This makes the unit particularly suitable for portable equipment or where vibration is present.

The H700 Series features Otehall's proven 290 Series subminiature microswitch rated to 6A at 250V AC, and is supplied with a standard spring return.

Options include either single or double pole, and three choices of terminal type.
