Special and bespoke motors in low volumes

A Parvalux Electric Motors product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Nov 27, 2000

Parvalux' motors sell in hundreds rather than hundreds of thousands because of the bespoke nature of the product.

Parvalux is one of the most successful motor manufacturers in Europe with a tradition of engineering excellence dating back 55 years.

Yet the company's motors sell in hundreds rather than hundreds of thousands.

This is because of the bespoke nature of the product.

Although Parvalux produces one of the largest range of small powered motors and geared motor units in Europe, each motor is adapted to suit the precise need of every individual application.

Within specific parameters, any combination of performance characteristics can be incorporated: output power up to 350 Watts, motor speeds up to 18,000 rpm, geared motor speeds up to 960 rpm and down as low as 0.1 rpm.

Maximum torque in 200 Nm.

Prototype motors can be developed and delivered within 7 days with a guaranteed delivery time of 6 weeks for bulk orders.

Should a stock unit prove suitable for a particular situation, delivery can be effected within 24 hours.
