Parvalux has a new range of three-point fixing gearboxes.

These new gearboxes are designed to meet international fixing dimensions and are compact and easy to install.

In common with the entire Parvalux range, each motor/gearbox unit is engineered and manufactured to an individual specification to suit the exact requirements of the application.

Available in ratings up to 350W and torques up to 45Nm, the three-point fixing gearboxes can be integrated with motors from the Parvalux range, to give precisely the right speed and torque for the application.

Other options for the gearbox include custom output shafts with threads or keyways, in a range of different materials.

Motors are available in a range of AC or DC operating voltages to suit individual applications.

Even the length of the connecting lead can be specified and preterminated with a suitable connector if required.

The motors are fully EMC compliant and the motors and gearboxes are covered by a 2-year guarantee.

Manufactured in the UK, the motor and gearbox unit is rated to IP54 and is available with either an in-line or right angled output shaft.

Extensive ratios provide a wide range of output speeds, removing the need for belts and pulleys which take up valuable space and can wear or fail with prolonged use.

Whereas other suppliers offer standard gearboxes and motors that may require design compromises to be made, all Parvalux motor and gearboxes combinations are custom built to match the precise requirements of the application.

This makes them suitable for immediate installation "out of the box" without the need for time consuming and costly modifications.
