New and improved packaging for the popular PA and PZ ranges of cable markers from marking and labelling expert, Partex, means that lost, soiled and damaged markers are a thing of the past.
New and improved packaging for the popular PA and PZ ranges of cable markers from marking and labelling expert, Partex, means that lost, soiled and damaged markers are a thing of the past.
The markers are now supplied, at no extra cost, in durable re-usable plastic boxes which, with their hinged lids and snap fastenings, provide a convenient method of storing and protecting the markers until they are used.
The new boxes are transparent, allowing the contents to be seen at a glance, and are clearly labelled as an aid to easy product identification.
A further bonus is that, when empty, the boxes have a wide range of uses including, for example, the storage of fuses, crimp terminals and other small components.
The new packaging is now being used for Partex type PA02, PA1 and PA2 PVC closed single-piece markers in both chevron and straight-cut versions, and also for the zero-halogen versions of these markers.
Suitable for cable sizes from 0.2mm2 to 16.0mm2, these products cover the vast majority of everyday applications.
PA02 and PA1 markers are now supplied as 1,000 of a single type and legend per box, while The larger PA 2 markers are supplied in boxes of 500.
For the convenience of users who prefer the original style of packaging, with markers supplied in polythene bags or on reels, these options will continue to be available.
Partex markers in the new packaging feature a deep-gussetted design which makes fitting easy, and which allows each size of marker to be used with a wide range of cable sizes.
Legends are hot-foil stamped to ensure optimum legibility and durability, and the markers are highly resistant to the effects of industrial chemicals, ultra-violet light and nuclear radiation.
