Offering increased durability compared with most conventional label systems, the new POH printable marker strips from marking and labelling expert, Partex, provide an easy and effective solution to the problem of reliably and permanently labelling pipes, cable bundles and wiring looms.
The new marker strips are designed principally for use with the Partex MK1 portable plotter system, which uses a unique etching ink to ensure permanent marking, and which allows custom legends to be printed in seconds.
Alternatively, Partex offers pens loaded with permanent marking ink, which can be used to write directly onto the strips.
Supplied with two raised anchor points so that they can be secured rapidly in place with ordinary cable ties, the new POH printable marker strips are available in lengths of 27mm, 50mm and 75mm.
All types are 9.5mm wide, permitting the use of generously sized and highly legible characters, and all are offered in either yellow or white.
POH marker strips are manufactured from Partex's specially formulated cadmium- and silicon-free rigid PVC.
This material offers excellent long-term resistance to chemicals, as well as to gamma and ultra-violet radiation, ensuring that the markers have a long working life, even in the most demanding of environmental conditions.
The strips can withstand temperatures as low as -30 C and as high as +75 C indefinitely, without suffering deformation, making them an ideal choice for virtually all industrial applications.
Partex's printable POH marker strips are very competitively priced, and are supplied in packs containing 100 strips of a single size.
They are fully compatible with the black POH carrier strips supplied by Partex for use with pre-printed POK and PK marker sleeves, and thus form part of a versatile, comprehensive and cost-effective marking system for industrial use.
