P6000 is the name of a new compound platform for highly complex and demanding requirement profiles presented by the Parker Seal Group at this year's Hanover Fair.
The publication presents various Parker materials, each of which addresses a wide range of legal requirements, thus being suitable for universal use, such as peroxide-cross-linked, plasticiser-free EPDM compounds for use in drinking water applications and NBR special compounds for use in gas and condensing technology.
Parker's GW Seal is suitable for both applications in water and gas.
A single O-ring version now suffices to seal threaded connections, press fittings and flanges.
The resulting benefits for the user include reduction of procurement and storage costs as well as elimination of the risk of mix-ups during assembly.
To facilitate assembly O-rings with ParCoat KTW coating may be used.
ParCoat KTW has been awarded both KTW and WRAS approvals.
The coating is dry and grease-free and therefore does not contaminate the feeder systems of automatic assembly equipment.
Furthermore, it is transparent to ensure that the elastomers can be identified by their respective colours to prevent the risk of mix-ups. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin Seal Group Europe ...
