Parker launched its manufacturing operations in Sadska in 1995 with products for the Packing Division which - among other things - produces sealing systems for hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
The O-Ring Division started in 2000, quickly growing to more than 60 employees.
In 2004 the Chomerics Division followed suit.
It manufactures products for electromagnetic shielding and thermal conductivity components.
Due to the company's rapid growth in Central and Eastern European markets, the original manufacturing capacities quickly reached their limits.
As a result, the manufacturing area as well as headcount have constantly increased.
In 2004 Parker decided to expand its production capacities in the Czech Republic.
A new plant was to be added to the existing 5400m2.
Sadska currently employs roughly 400 people.
The plant operates in three shifts.
Operations Manager of the new O-Ring plant is Pavol Kocis.
By appointing a Czech citisen to this position, Parker has again followed its principle of local management.
On the German side, Rainer Branz, Rubber Compression Business Unit Manager for the O-Ring Division Europe, has been the key individual supporting the development of the O-Ring Division Europe's Czech location.
