Panduit has signed up as a platinum sponsor of the i-Ship (intelligent shipbuilding for the future) 2005 conference, where the company will lead discussions on topics such as network convergence, intelligent network management and cabling in harsh environments The event is the first of its kind in Europe to address cabling, network infrastructure and intelligent building considerations specifically for shipbuilders and offers an exciting insight into how new technology will impact the shipbuilding market
The conference, which runs on 28th and 29th April in Athens, Greece, is expected to attract delegates from all over Europe, ranging from operation directors and installers to health and safety advisors and network specifiers - and anyone responsible for the implementation of ship navigation systems, intelligent building techniques, refurbishment and repairs.
