Panduit took part for the first time in the annual Cisco Euro Challenge in Mayrhofen, Austria from 28th to 30th September 2006.

Coming a respectable 34th out of the 65 teams who entered, Panduit can be proud of its first outing in this event.

A truly international team was put together from offices in the UK, the Netherlands and South Africa.

Months of rigorous training helped team members to cope with the mountainous terrain.

The clear, methodical thinking that is an everyday requirement at Panduit contributed to an excellent showing in the mental tasks.

Team Captain, Steve Chad commented: "It was a tough challenge, but I am really pleased with the way the team prepared and pulled together during the three days".

"We are already planning our training schedule for next year and analysing the lessons learnt from what was an excellent team-building experience".

Managing Director for Panduit Europe, Alan Farrimond says.

"With a renowned expertise in developing innovative solutions to challenges - Panduit had a great head start".

"Well done team".
