Papst has hired Robert Warner as Business Development Manager for motors.

Well known as a leading manufacturer of fans and cooling solutions, Papst also manufactures motors for a wide variety of demanding applications, and with specialist skills in this area, Warner is key to Papst's strategy to expand and grow its motors business in the UK.

31-year-old Warner's brief is to introduce Papst's range of brushed and brushless fractional horsepower DC motors to OEMs.

Targeted applications include light industrial, package and handling, medical, laboratory equipment, pumps as well as textile and printing applications.

Warner previously worked with motor manufacturers Berger Lahr in Germany, and Alcatel Dunkermotoren in the UK.

Given Papst's German heritage and Warner's skills and experience profile, his appointment at Papst offers a very good fit with the company.
