Valves and cylinders control compressed
air dryers

Parker Pneumatic cylinders and valves have been specified for the control of process and regeneration air on the new Domnick Hunter Pneudri heat of compression compressed air dryers.

Parker Pneumatic cylinders and valves have been specified for the control of process and regeneration air on the new Domnick Hunter Pneudri heat of compression (MPHOC) compressed air dryers that produce energy savings of up to 90% when compared to traditional heatless desiccant dryers The Pneudri MPHOC dryer is of aluminium modular construction and has been developed as the most cost-effective and energy efficient method of providing clean, dry, oil-free compressed air

Traditional dryers need additional energy to regenerate their desiccant columns, but MPHOC dryers use the waste heat generated by the compressor for regeneration.

Suitable for installation in both new and existing compressed air systems, the compact Pneudri MPHOC dryer has very low operating costs with a power consumption of less than 0.002kW/m3.

With 100% usage of the compressed air produced, Pneudri removes the need to oversize the compressor.

Pneudri models are available for air-cooled or water-cooled systems.

The Pneudri MPHOC system basically comprises two desiccant columns, a regeneration cooler and high efficiency water separator.

Parker Pneumatic P1M short build cylinders and Viking control valves accurately control the flow of wet and dry air between the columns.

Parker Pneumatic's P1M short build cylinders enable design engineers and OEMs to meet the growing demands from industry for more compact machine components.

Two unique design features flexible porting and integral sensor grooves make the P1M cylinders an ideal solution for applications where installation space is at a premium.

Typical space savings of 20 to 30% can be achieved over standard ported cylinders.

Parker's Viking valve range features compact installation dimensions, high flow capacity, short changeover times and low changeover pressure.

Viking valves feature a robust anodised aluminium body for good corrosion resistance.

A smooth design with no dirt-collecting pockets, and stainless steel fixing screws for the end covers, enable the valve to withstand most aggressive environments. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
