Hose crimping system has a place in history
Staff at the National Coal Mining Museum for England use the portable KarryKrimp hose crimping system to repair broken machinery quickly and simply.
Designed with safety and ease of use in mind, the 522 has an internal shift mechanism to reduce transmission misuse, while the use of a gasket eliminates gear backlash to check or set and the need to adjust gaskets; these features are combined with an integrated electric switch enabling the operator to confirm when the PTO is fully engaged.
The unit is rear mounted and, to increase the life of the hydraulic pump, the unit has independent shaft support bearings.
It is available in two shift types, air or electric over air, with 3.2cm tapered or parallel shaft, with ratios of 1:1.35 and 1:1.75.
Intermittent torque of 350Nm can be achieved, with 55kW power at 1500rev/min (output DIN 5462/ISO14). Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
