Cylinders boost pneumatic performance
The P1T rodless cylinder has a longitudinal polyurethane body seal that lifts and passes through the body of the carriage as it moves.
Ideal for use in factory pneumatic ring-main installations, the Moduflex 80 range includes filters, lubricators and regulators, as well as comprehensive series of accessories.
Individual components can be quickly assembled in almost any combination, to produce efficient, economical and easy-to-maintain air preparation systems which are exactly matched to their users' needs.
A key feature of the Moduflex 80 range, in common with other products which make up the FRL system, is its use of Parker's novel Cliplok fasteners.

Modular valves ease installation
The IsysNet system is based on a modular construction, using robust quick-fit latching mechanisms that enable valve, I/O and communication modules to be installed on common manifold units in seconds.
Hydraulic pump offers 1200 configurations
T7EEC pumps incorporate a single-piece shaft, enabling them to transmit cumulative torque internally, without any restrictions, for maximum operational efficiency.
These allow combinations of components to be assembled without the use of tools, in less than half the time needed with conventional systems.
The Cliplok system also eliminates the need for extra items such as pipe connectors and, as the individual components mount directly face-to-face without intermediate blocks, it produces exceptionally compact assemblies.
Further, the Cliplok system allows individual components to be easily removed or exchanged, greatly facilitating maintenance.
Filters in the Moduflex 80 range are available in standard versions with high-efficiency 5um or optional 40um filter elements, as well as in coalescing and adsorption versions for special applications.
Adsorption filters have manual drains, while standard and coalescing types can be supplied with manual, semi-automatic or automatic drains.
The unique filter element cartridge design facilitates rapid element change over without the use of tools, a real bonus for maintenance engineers.
Moduflex 80 lubricators are designed to provide constant density lubrication, and feature a large oil reservoir together with fingertip ratchet control for precise oil-rate adjustment.
With a rolling diaphragm and a balanced valve design, regulators in the range are available with secondary pressure ranges of 2, 4, 8 and 16bar.
Options include padlockable and tamper-proofing kits.
The Moduflex 80 range also includes space-saving combined filter regulators.
All Moduflex 80 products are manufactured from aluminium, so that they combine light weight with high strength, and all can be supplied with BSPP, BSPT or NPT threads to cover regional requirements.
The new Moduflex 80 range is complemented by the existing Moduflex 60 and Moduflex 40 ranges which offer similar convenience and functionality for applications involving smaller air volumes. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
