New series of Schrader pneumatic couplings
Parker Pneumatic has further extended its industry standard Schrader Range of quick acting pneumatic couplers with the introduction of the Euro Series.
The unit is extremely robust, able to withstand aggressive conditions during outdoor use and installation, including EMI, vibrations and a wide temperature range, and features a compact ergonomic design making it ideal for use where space is limited.
The 3.5-inch transflective colour display is an intuitive interface that is easy to customise, making it possible to reduce costs by minimising the need for external instrumentation.
The IQAN-MD3 is programmed using the IQANdesign 32-bit software platform, a tool that allows system level engineers to quickly and easily to write machine functionalities and display tools without any specialised programming skills.
This offers manufacturers significant savings in development costs by reducing the time and skills needed to program the system, and ultimately resulting in a quick return on investment.
In addition to IQANdesign, the IQAN-MD3 also interfaces with IQANrun software, which allows field service technicians to diagnose problems and carry out maintenance using an easy to use graphical interface.
The IQANrun service tool provides an efficient way to install the control systems and troubleshoot machines during production, through features such as real time event logging.
Parker will be launching the IQAN-MD3 master module at Bauma 2007. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
