The Hose Doctor service was launched by Parker to offer customers fast and efficient emergency on site replacements of hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Hose Doctor is Parker Hannifin's mobile service programme, provided in partnership with a nationwide network of specialist hydraulics companies, delivering on-site hose replacements wherever and whenever they are required.
Fully trained technicians aim to arrive on site within one hour, in one of a fleet of Hose Doctor vans fully equipped with an extensive range of Parker fluid connector parts and hoses.
The service helps to reduce the costs that can arise if mobile or factory equipment fails, by providing emergency replacements or planned maintenance of hydraulic hoses and associated connector parts.
In the UK the service is accessible nationally via a single 0800 number and is designed to support low-volume local breakdowns or larger UK wide accounts with more regular requirements.
Hose Doctor engineers provide a cost-effective service and only charge for materials necessary to complete a job.
Extra charges such as hose assembly, cleaning and consumables are not applied.
