Air preparation system protects
equipment

The Moduflex Airframe offers a cost-effective, simple to use method of removing harmful water and particulate contamination for air tools, paint spraying, construction sites, body shops and garages.

Parker has added a portable air preparation system to its Moduflex range, providing effective filtration and regulation of compressed air whenever and wherever it is required The Moduflex Airframe can be installed quickly and simply at the point of use, requiring only an air supply to optimise the performance and service life of a diverse range of pneumatic tools and applications, improving productivity and reducing operating costs as a result

The Moduflex Airframe offers a cost-effective, simple to use method of removing harmful water and particulate contamination for air tools, paint spraying, construction sites, body shops and garages, protecting equipment and minimising costly downtime.

It provides a constant supply of quality regulated compressed air at working pressures of up to 17bar and temperatures of between -20 and +80C.

The Airframe is designed with portability in mind, typically weighing just 4kg and featuring a user friendly carrying handle that enables the unit to be used whenever and wherever it is needed.

The modular nature of the Moduflex system enables a filtration solution to be selected that meets the requirements of the specific application.

The frame can be set up with a combination of filters, regulators and valves to ensure that contaminants are effectively removed and air pressure levels regulated.

A lockable, tamperproof kit can also be added.

Like the entire Moduflex range, the system is extremely robust for a long, low-maintenance life, with easy to service filter cartridges and durable rolling diaphragms.

Each individual unit features a one-piece body design, with large sight slots for ease of operation and no need for a separate bowl.

Manual, semiautomatic and automatic drain options are also available.

The Airframe is body ported as standard with a choice of BSPP, BSPT and NPT threadforms for flexible and fast installation. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin ...
