For a limited time Domnick Hunter is offering customers a free dewpoint test when they undertake a compressed air health check.
Domnick Hunter, specialists in the manufacture of compressed air treatment equipment from filters to refrigerant and desiccant dryers also offer comprehensive service support and air quality testing.
The comprehensive health check combines a number of testing services including air quality, particle count and leak detection.
A dewpoint test is being offered free of charge when businesses undertake a health check.
Dewpoint is a measure of compressed air moisture content and temperature.
Periodic testing ensures the dewpoint at the actual point of application is as it should be.
Often air drying equipment is located in the compressor room, some distance from application so moisture can increase.
Compressed air is an essential power source for many manufacturers, however air quality can affect capital equipment and finished product quality.
The comprehensive health check from Domnick Hunter includes a summary report which will identify areas where improvements and savings could be made.
