The PureDraft beverage carbon dioxide purifier ensures the efficient removal of unwanted taste, odours, hydrocarbons, other vapour contaminants and particulates from carbon dioxide.

Parker Balston has introduced the PureDraft beverage carbon dioxide purifier to ensure the efficient removal of unwanted taste, odours, hydrocarbons, other vapour contaminants and particulates from carbon dioxide used in the brewing, soft drinks and bottling industries.

Commercial carbon dioxide is produced from a number of different processes.

These operations yield beverage liquid and gaseous carbon dioxide in varying purities.

Occasionally, there can be impurities that may contaminate equipment or cause tainting.

The heavy high-pressure cylinders used to transport carbon dioxide may also contain residual material that can clog carbonators, pumps or beer dispense equipment.

Easily fitted into the gas supply line, PureDraft contains a two-stage filtration process that removes these substances, saving users money and resulting in a trouble free carbon-dioxide supply.

The unit measures just 140 x 64 x 83mm.

Maximum pressure is 8.6bar(g).
