Pacamor Kubar Bearings (PKB) has gone a step further in enhancing the customer experience by adding a live chat function to its customer friendly website.
The website features a searchable catalogue of all standard bearing products manufactured at the New York factory.
The online catalogue can be searched by any of the bearing's dimensional attributes.
A fully searchable catalog coupled with detailed technical information and a live chat feature enables engineers and buyers easy access to immediate information.

With standard lead times of only 4-6 weeks for new orders, and plenty of available inventories for short delivery requirements, PKB prides itself on exceeding customer expectations.
Recently, PKB announced a 99.4% on-time delivery rating across the business.
New products and specialty print items occasionally require additional time, as indicated by quoted lead times.
However, PKB is consistently reported to maintain the shortest lead times in the industry.
