"Gregg brings a wealth of experience to Pavilion in the areas of process, best practices and knowledge management", said Pavilion CEO Ralph Carter.

Williams comes to Pavilion after 14 years with ABB, a leader in power and automation technologies.
During his time with ABB, Williams held several executive management positions in services, marketing and sales.
In his position as Group Vice President Global Automation Services at ABB, Williams was responsible for $1.7 billion in revenue and more than 10,000 employees.
In this role, Williams established the overall service strategy for ABB's largest and most profitable business segment.
Prior to ABB, he spent ten years with manufacturing giant Rosemount.
