Ayres is currently the Chief Operating Officer of YesVideo, prior to which he served as Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell's Global Pulp, Paper and Energy Automation Business Unit.
He was responsible for manufacturing, engineering, research and development, marketing and business development for the 1050-person organisation.
During his tenure, Ayres played a crucial role in driving increased profitability.
