Cement system improves production

Florida Rock is the ninth cement manufacturer in the last 12 months to choose Pavilion's Cement Solution to meet plant performance goals.

With Pavilion's Cement Solution, Florida Rock will be able to maintain product quality specifications, reduce variability of product quality and maximise production subject to equipment constraints.
Based on its ValueFirst methodology, Pavilion estimates that Florida Rock will: increase production by 5%; reduce specific power consumption by 2%; and reduce Blaine standard deviation by 15-30%.
