The Advantech Adam-5000/TCP distributed data acquisition and control system from PBE Systems is an advanced high-capacity Ethernet I/O solution providing higher speed and longer distance communication of up to 100m.

Modbus/TCP protocol support gives effortless integration of traditional field data into eAutomation architecture without any other converter or data gateway.

Eight I/O slots provide for up to 128 data monitoring and control points, while smart diagnostics indicate system status clearly through LEDs.

The system has a 10/100 Base-T auto-recognition high-speed port.

A 32-bit RISC CPU and 4MB RAM offers greatly improved data processing by increasing efficiency in network communications.

Up to eight host PCs can access data concurrently and the system allows remote Ethernet configuration.

A watchdog timer provides auto-reset and high-speed transient suppressors give1500V dc Ethernet port isolation spike protection.

Windows utility benefits include I/O configuration and calibration, network auto searching, local control functions and current I/O status monitoring.
