Permabond Engineering Adhesives has a new range of high-performance structural acrylic adhesives.

The new products have been especially developed for use in demanding, high-stress applications where toughness and durability are of paramount importance.

The new adhesives are ideal for bonding plastics, metal, composites, ceramics, wood and glass.

They have excellent resistance to impact, shear and peel loads.

Adhesives are available as separate resin with brush-on initiator (so no mixing is required).

Also available is a no-mix bead-on-bead acrylic adhesive.

Therefore there is no requirement for dispensing guns or mixing nozzles.

The adhesives cure to handling strength within minutes and achieve working strength within 30 minutes, offering the user benefits in terms of reduced jigging/clamping times and increased production rates.

Permabond's chemists have developed the new structural acrylics with health and safety in mind; products are nonflammable and nonhazardous for transportation, unlike the majority of structural acrylic adhesives on the market.
