The innovative Angel modular machine guarding system now has its own dedicated website.

The novel Angel modular machine guarding system now has its own dedicated website at www.angelmachineguards.com, or accessible via the Procter Machinery Guarding website The website reflects the way in which the Angel system is in a league of its own in terms of its modular construction, versatility, appearance, simplicity of specifying/ordering, speed of delivery and ease of installation

Essentially the Angel system consists of posts, panels and fixing brackets.

The patented universal brackets enable up to four panels to be mounted on a post, and the panels can be attached to the post at any angle.

Customers can choose from panels made from sheet steel, welded wire mesh or clear polycarbonate, and there is an extensive range of access gates, doors and accessories.

Interlocks can be pre-installed so that they can quickly be wired after the guarding has been installed, and there is an option to have cable trunking fitted discreetly along the top of the guarding.

The modular nature of the system allows deliveries of standard components to be completed within ten days of an order being placed.

The six main sections of the Angel website provide an overview of the design features, background to Procter Brothers, an overview of the Angel system, technical specifications, a case study and a contacts page.

Because Angel is such a straightforward modular concept, it is very easy for the Angel engineers to design the guarding on the basis of little more than a sketch layout of the machine perimeter.

Customers simply have to specify the guard height required, whether they want the standard colours (black posts, yellow access gates and sheet panels, and metallic charcoal mesh panels) or custom colours, and what type of gates and interlocks are needed.

Other options include integral cable trunking and adjustable feet (for uneven floors). Request free introductory details about products from Procter Machine Guarding ...
