Leading weighing and process control supplier Procon Engineering is using the upcoming Easyfairs Solids Exhibition in Bolton to promote its extensive service, calibration and support capabilities.
Leading weighing and process control supplier Procon Engineering is using the upcoming Easyfairs Solids Exhibition in Bolton to promote its extensive service, calibration and support capabilities.
The company's stand will feature a live working demonstration of the innovative UKAS traceable ForceCal silo and vessel calibration unit, which now boasts a working capacity from 500kg up to 40t.
The fully portable ForceCal is totally nonobtrusive and therefore does not require the vessel being calibrated to be empty.
This method is ideal for large storage vessels and calibration can be carried out in a matter of minutes, with the minimum of disruption to normal production.
The unit is battery powered and certified for use in hazardous areas.
Alongside ForceCal will be Procon's recently introduced FlowCal portable flow meter calibration unit, which can calibrate meters on site, thereby minimising production downtime.
Visitors to the stand can also gain an appreciation of the company's broad range of process weighing system capabilities.
