In-line sightglasses available in stainless steel

As a response to customer demand, PCI-Memtech now offers 1/2" and 3/4" 316L stainless steel clamp or plain ended in-line sightglasses.

As a response to customer demand, PCI-Memtech now offers 1/2" and 3/4" 316L stainless steel clamp or plain ended in-line sightglasses.

These robust, compact, sightglasses have 0.5 (m RA contact ends, are designed to be fully leakproof, can be configured for easy removal for cleaning and maintenance, and are readily installed in both vertical and horizontal positions.

The range, also available in sizes from 1"- 4", has plain-ended, clamp and RJT end connections as standard, or can be manufactured to customer specification and is designed for use in pharmaceutical, food, beverage and brewing industries.

The assembly, manufactured in hygienic 316L stainless steel, encases a clear, acrylic operator-protective safety shroud, within which sits a tubular transparent borosilicate glass for viewing the liquid process flow.

The end-cap seals are available in EPDM, silicon, Viton or PTFE, allowing a wide range of operating temperatures up to 200C.

The sightglasses have a maximum working pressure of 5 bar @ 20C.
