Pacer Components has released a device it claims is the first fully integrated thermopile sensor.
Pacer Components has released a device it claims is the first fully integrated thermopile sensor Manufactured by Perkin Elmer Optoelectronics, this low cost sensor can operate without the need of external electronic components and integrates seamlessly into OEM instrumentation
This new module, which is housed in a T05 package, has accuracy of up to +/-1C, dependant on temperature, and consists of a thermopile chip and an ASIC for signal processing, ambient temperature measurement and compensation of the object temperature.
The module is available either as a single component with the integrated optics or on a PCB with mirrors where high accuracy is required.
It is ideal for remote temperature measurements in industrial, home appliance and automotive applications. Request a free brochure from Pacer International ...
