The Canadian division of Insight Enterprises is to sell Precidia's Remote Access line of products to its well established customer base.

The Canadian division of Insight Enterprises is to sell Precidia's Remote Access line of products to its well established customer base The Remote Access line, which includes Precidia's new compact iPocket232, consists of products, which easily and cost-effectively connect existing serial equipment to IP networks

The agreement introduces Precidia's unique, feature rich Remote Access product line to Insight's broad customer base in Canada.

" Precidia's products offer a valuable component to many of our customers' complete IT solutions", said Carmela Orlando, Vice-President and General Manager of Insight.

"With the broad range of serial equipment deployed in so many industries, we are pleased to offer Precidia's serial connectivity products to meet our customers' growing demand for cost-effective, easily deployed solutions".

Precidia Vice President of Marketing Pat Wudwud calls the agreement a strategic move for the company: "Precidia has built its business around relationships with key strategic partners.

With Insight's reach into IT buyers throughout Canada, Precidia's Remote Access products can achieve an even greater penetration into this key market", said Wudwud.

Insight will represent Precidia's full line of Remote Access products, including the new iPocket232 and Ether232Plus, IP232 and Cell232Plus.

Also available through Insight is Precidia's customised Canadian retail payments industry product, the Ether3201.
