New major distributor for Tomoe butterfly valves

One of the world's foremost ranges of performance butterfly valves is now available from UK distributor, Pegler and Louden.

The announcement means that Pegler and Louden becomes the UK's largest distributor of the Tomoe range, which is recognised as one of the world's leading ranges of products for flow control applications.

The quarter turn valves find their application in a variety of flow control markets offering many advantages over gate and globe valves.

Solution designers at Pegler and Louden, say the products will prove seamless as integrated components in tailor made flow control systems, which will be developed for clients.

The company also hope the low maintenance requirement, lightweight, leak-tight design, low torque operation and low cost attributes of the range will prove attractive to UK industry.

Pegler and Louden is active in all industries where there is a requirement for flow control, particularly the oil and gas, energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, pulp and paper, food and beverage, water and waste industries.

Supported from a UK base, products will be available from Pegler and Louden off the shelf through one of 12 technical and customer service centres all over the country or the company can design and build complete control solutions.

The full range of products (varying from 1.5" up to 8' plus diameter) complement Pegler and Louden's current range, which also includes Habonim, Ham-Let, Hytork, Flowline, Triangle, Westlock and Worcester products.
