After months of complex refurbishment and development - the doors to Pegler and Louden's new facility in Nottingham have been opened for business.

The old premises were refurbished and a large extension added, representing a major investment by Charles Baynes Plc since it acquired Pegler and Louden at the end of 1997.

This has formed a new reception, several new offices and more meeting and conference rooms which are to be used for customer and supplier meetings, training and presentations as well as by company staff.

This has allowed a complete refurbishment of Pegler and Louden's technical support facility at the site, which designs and creates bespoke flow control solutions for clients in industries ranging from petrochemical and pharmaceutical through to semi-conductor.

Administration, marketing, sales, training and accounts departments for the national network of Pegler and Louden facilities are now based at the new centre as well as a Valve and Actuation Centre (VAC).

The head office complements the network of Regional Technical Centres in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Ellesmere Port, Wolverhampton, Rainham and Newport.

There is also a network of customer service branches, located in Billingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Great Yarmouth and Swindon.

Advice and products are available from all of the Regional Technical and Customer Service Centres located throughout the United Kingdom.

Pegler and Louden has also established a specific consultancy and after sales service at its Nottingham centre for all its valve, actuator and instrumentation ranges, ensuring that all enquiries and questions can be dealt with efficiently by specialist personnel.
