Flow control specialist Pegler and Louden has been announced as the independent UK sales agent for the Dezurik product portfolio The respected brand has not been available from a UK distributor for several months, but the whole range will now be available from Pegler and Louden's nationwide network of technical and distribution centres

Dezurik products are widely used in the water and waste treatment industries, in the processing of pulp and paper, in power, HVAC and the chemical manufacturing industry.

It is a highly respected brand name with an international reputation for its eccentric plug valves, knife gate and control valve products.

The eccentric plug valves are designed for the shut-off and throttling of raw sewage, grit slurries, air, water, gases and sludge and are proven to provide long-term reliability in wastewater treatment plants.

Clean interior design and straight-through flow allow a high maximum flow capacity with minimal pressure drop.

Features which reduce maintenance include a welded nickel seat that won't wear, chip or peel; heavy duty bearings that resist corrosion and a variety of stem seal materials that match valve performance and assure long life.

With so many advantages over the wedge gate valve, many consultants, water authorities and government departments now specify the Dezurik eccentric valves as standard.

The range will complement Pegler and Louden's existing selection of flow control products and solutions and can be easily integrated into flow control solutions designed in the company's own in-house VAC centre.
