Two high temperature, high pressure, pressure transducers use custom strain gauge bonding technology and operate at temperatures from -40 to +260C and at pressures to 345MPa.

Paine Electronics has released two high temperature, high pressure, pressure transducers Using the firm's custom strain gauge bonding technology, the two transducers operate at temperatures from -40 to +260C and at pressures to 345MPa

With a total error band of less than 0.2%, non-linearity to less than 0.05% and non-repeatability, hysteresis and a thermal error band of less than 0.15%, the transducers come in many or in specific pressure ranges.

They can be custom configured in various voltage inputs, electrical connections and pressure ports, as well as provided with special testing and thermal compensation for specific applications.

Corrosion resistant Inconel wetted parts and all welded, hermitically sealed construction make both transducers suitable for use with corrosive media.

Measuring 2.16cm in diameter by 5.23cm long, the 213-36-940 has high stability during temperature transients while operating at case pressures up to 207MPa.

The 213-36-940 is also available as absolute or gauged for differential measurement and can be customised to requirements and specifications.

The 211-50 is for end user and OEM applications where temperatures can reach +260C and pressures can soar to +345MPa.

Only 1.27cm in diameter by 3.8cm long, the 211-50 can be used in extremely high as well as low temperature and pressure ranges.

With linear vibration and mechanical shock characteristics, the 211-50 also comes with optional platinum resistance temperature detection, customisable pressure ports and many electrical and cable connections.
