Ultrasonic distance sensors suit applications where photoelectric, capacitive or inductive sensors are traditionally used.

The P43 series of ultrasonic distance sensors with compact housings, narrow ultrasonic beams and short blind zones suit applications where photoelectric, capacitive or inductive sensors are traditionally used.

Detection ranges are from 25 to 400mm with a resolution of around 0.1mm, and the sensors run from any power supply between 12 and 30V DC.

For analogue sensors the beginning and end of the analogue 0-10V output can be positioned at every desired distance, and positive and negative slopes can be set up easily with high accuracy.

For sensors with one or two switching outputs the characteristics can be set NO or NC.

In addition, hysteresis can be adapted or a detection window can be defined.
