The Pemserter Tech2 press is an air-only automatic system for installing self-clinching fasteners, engineered to perform quietly, efficiently, and cleanly

A free full-colour "Tech Sheet" profiles the new Tech2 electro-mechanical automatic press from the Pemserter Products Division of PEM Fastening Systems.

This "mid-range" press for installing self-clinching fasteners compares favourably to conventional 6-ton manual machines by enabling increased production rates and improved insertion quality.

The "Tech Sheet" provides an overview of the press's features and benefits and covers all relevant specs for the system.

The Pemserter Tech2 press is an air-only (85-100 psi) automatic system engineered to perform quietly, efficiently, and cleanly.

Faster operation is achieved with a newly designed, high-speed ram to anvil approach with an efficient insertion force from 600 lbs.

to 6.5 tons occurring anywhere along the 5" stroke.

A generous 21" throat depth provides the capability to install self-clinching nuts, studs, or standoffs to the center of a 42" workpiece.

The Tech2 press complies with ANSI and European CE standards and an Enhanced Safety System protects both the operator and delicate and valuable workpieces.

A TouchScreen operator interface allows for quick production set-up, changeover, and monitoring of press functions.

Every installation is verified, and the operator is alerted if sufficient insertion force is not achieved.

The Tech2 press can utilize more than 100 types of in-stock automatic tooling to feed thousands of fastener types and sizes.
