An updated free product bulletin from PEM Fastening Systems profiles PEM self-locking self-clinching fasteners, designed with a novel Pemflex self-locking feature.

An updated free product bulletin from PEM Fastening Systems profiles PEM self-locking self-clinching fasteners, which are designed with a novel Pemflex self-locking feature to meet NASM25027 locking torque performance requirements.

These fasteners permanently retain their inherent flexing action to allow repeated use and provide effective prevailing locking torque.

The four-page "Bulletin LK" provides unified and metric data on fastener dimensions, performance, and installation requirements, as well as available standard and optional finishes.

PEM self-locking fasteners (steel, stainless steel or aluminium) are available in thread sizes 2-56 through 10-32 and M2.5 through M5 and can be installed in sheets as thin as 1mm.

When installing in metal sheets the reverse side of the sheet remains flush.

The fasteners' novel Pemflex design prevents relaxation and loosening of the fastener in severe service and minimizes the possibility of thread damage.
