Fast and accurate insertion for small screws
An updated four-page bulletin profiles the StickScrew system for fast and accurate small-screw insertion.
The free bulletin offers an overview of the self-contained StickScrew System, which combines a lightweight driver and "sticks" of up to 110 serially connected hex-head screws to enable quick and easy attachment of metal or plastic components without loose screws.
A selection chart lists available screw types (machine, thread-forming, and thread-cutting) and then guides users through an eight-step selection process to meet application needs.
The bulletin further profiles StickScrew tooling, including compatible robotics, pneumatic or electric-powered inline StickShooter tools, and pistol grip StickShooter drivers (all with interchangeable and adjustable nose assemblies to install any size of screw quickly and easily using only one tool).
