A free four-page product bulletin profiles Pemsert self-clinching flush fasteners, which are designed to be completely flush in metal sheets as thin as 1.5mm.

These fasteners are ideal for applications where a thin metal sheet requires load-bearing threads but must remain smooth with no surface protrusions.

"Bulletin F" provides unified and metric data on dimensions, performance, and installation requirements for Pemsert (Type F) flush fasteners, which are machined from 300 Series stainless steel and are available in thread sizes from #2-56 through 1/4-20 and M2 through M6.

Pemsert self-clinching flush nuts can be installed in metal sheets before bending and forming to provide strong threads in places which would be inaccessible after chassis are formed.

The fastener's unique hexagonal head and self-clinching design ensure high axial and torsional strength.
