The Pemserter Series 4 press enables quick and reliable manual installation of self-clinching fasteners in panels or circuit boards.
The Pemserter Series 4 press enables quick and reliable manual installation of self-clinching fasteners in sizes from #0/M2 to 0.375in/M10 in steel and up to 0.5in/M12 in aluminium panels or circuit boards.
The press is engineered with a variety of features promoting optimised performance, productivity and safety.
The 6t manual press has a 457mm throat depth, which provides clearance for a variety of chassis configurations.
Insertion force is adjustable from 1.8 to 53.4kN.
Pneumatic power delivers speed, consistency, and simple operation, and the Series 4 press incorporates an integral "point-of-operation" safety.
Rapid tooling changeover makes the press ideal for short production runs.
Options include turret anvils and anvil holders available for difficult installations.
Users can further take advantage of the Pemserter Series 4 rebuild programme offering existing press upgrades for enhanced service life.
