APV Baker makes significant savings by specifying the Penny and Giles SLS190 for its cracker laminator
The RVDT's low mass/high strength titanium body houses a high integrity ratiometric coil and rotor, and it can be supplied with a choice of stainless steel shafts and mounting flanges to suit high performance, high temperature engine control applications.
Penny and Giles can also supply its SCM100 signal-conditioning module for use with the RVDT.
As its performance and output are virtually unaffected by temperature and supply changes, the AC operated unit is ideal for use in the 'difference over sum' (ratiometric) configuration to provide high system accuracy.
It also offers a +/-60deg electrical angle (120deg total).
Other features of the new RVDT include contactless sensing elements, fast dynamic response, infinite resolution and virtually infinite service life, precision low torque bearings and an operating temperature range from -40 to +180C. Request a free brochure from Penny + Giles ...
