Bondmaster has a range of single and two-part structural adhesives that is capable of operating at continuous temperatures of up to 200C.
Full cure will occur in the preheat oven prior to the trickle coating process.
This process removes the need for offline UV curable processes, banding, shrink-wrapping and other methods currently being used to protect wires from wear and breakage.
Bondmaster E04 is a 1:1 mix ratio epoxy with a work life of 45min and an instant cure through the preheat oven in most trickle varnish systems.
This material is suitable for Class H motors up to 180C.
A simple 1:1 extruder can be used to apply the material online.
Bondmaster E04 is available in several sizes including 50, 200 and 400ml cartridges, and 5 and 19 litre pails.
