This two-part epoxy can be applied direct online prior to the preheat oven during the trickle-coat resin process.

Full cure will occur in the preheat oven prior to the trickle coating process.

This process removes the need for offline UV curable processes, banding, shrink-wrapping and other methods currently being used to protect wires from wear and breakage.

Bondmaster E04 is a 1:1 mix ratio epoxy with a work life of 45min and an instant cure through the preheat oven in most trickle varnish systems.

This material is suitable for Class H motors up to 180C.

A simple 1:1 extruder can be used to apply the material online.

Bondmaster E04 is available in several sizes including 50, 200 and 400ml cartridges, and 5 and 19 litre pails.
