Bondmaster offers a full line of adhesives for various applications in high-quality permanent-magnet motors.

These lines include structural acrylics, one- and two-part epoxies, UV curable, cyanoacrylates, and anaerobic adhesives.

These adhesives can be used on a wide range of motor assemblies including brush-type permanent magnet motors, brushless permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and stepper motors.

Some applications within these motors include magnet bonding, end cap sealing, wire reinforcement on rotor tangs, and wire tacking.

Bondmaster E04 (two-part epoxy) and 465 (UV curable) are both used for wire tang reinforcements.

Bondmaster E32 (two-part epoxy), ESP310 (one-part, heat-cured epoxy), 681 (two-part acrylic), 581 (one-part acrylic used with 534 activator), 671 (two-part acrylic), and 533 (one-part acrylic used with 534 activator) are all used for magnet bonding, each with unique features and benefits specific to magnet bonding.

Bondmaster 463 (UV curable), Bondmaster 200 (cyanoacrylate adhesive used with QFS 16 activator) can be used for wire tacking applications.

End caps can be sealed with HH190 (anaerobic adhesive).
