Structural adhesives operate at up to 200C
Bondmaster has a range of single and two-part structural adhesives that is capable of operating at continuous temperatures of up to 200C.
User-friendly adhesives offer wide applicability
Bondmaster has two new highly flexible adhesives based on a hybrid technology that offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces combined with unparalleled flexibility
E3334 is the ideal adhesive for laminating dissimilar materials such as thermoset sheet and aluminium.
QB5004 acrylic adhesive has fast cure and high bond strength to composites.
It is ideal for small assembly and repair operations.
Easy to use with a 1:1 mixing ratio, long shelf-life.
Both V1305 and V1315 adhesives are toughened to provide high impact resistance to a bonded structure and thermal cycling resistance creating a durable, reliable bond.
The two products offer a choice of open time: V1305 has a 5min open time making it ideal for repair work and bonding small structures; V1315 has a 15min open time it used where larger structures need to be bonded or in working environments with high ambient temperatures.
Both products exhibit rapid through cure and have excellent adhesion to composites, thermoplastics and metals.
E3334 high-peel-strength adhesive is a patented breakthrough in adhesive technology offering high peel strength and room temperature cure - an ideal adhesive for laminating dissimilar materials.
A typical application is in the lamination of aluminium to thermoplastic sheets for internal vehicle panels used in trains, buses and aircraft.
Forming is required for such panels once the adhesive is cured; the high peel strength of E3334 prevents the two sheets from delaminating and ensures a long and trouble-free service life.
QB5004 rapid-cure acrylic adhesive has an ultrafast cure, is toughened and has high bond strength when joining dissimilar materials.
5004 is supplied in easy to use 50ml kits with a mixing nozzle and are dispensed using a simple 1:1 ratio gun.
5004 can be used to bond metals, plastics ceramics and composites.
It can be used with or without a mixing nozzle and is ideal for small assembly/repair operations and small potting applications.
The vibration and shock resistance that is provided by the rubber toughening of 5004 means that bonds incorporating the adhesive tend to have a long service-life.
Therefore 5004 offers a rapid bonding process and a reliable bond.
