Pruftechnik Condition Monitoring is expanding its product line of diagnostic online condition monitoring systems to include Vibroweb XP.

Pruftechnik Condition Monitoring is expanding its product line of diagnostic online condition monitoring systems to include Vibroweb XP.

A compact unit, Vibroweb XP is easy to install and is designed for smaller complex individual aggregates or systems such as extruders, special drive units, and emergency generators.

Eight accelerometers of the ICP or current line drive type, two inductive displacement sensors, two rotational speed sensors and three current levels (0/4-20mA) can be connected.

As an intelligent diagnostic robot, the system detects the different operating conditions of a machine and independently adapts the data recording and alarms to these conditions.

For example, the conditions of individual machine components can be monitored under specific operating conditions and reliable statements to be made on their future trends.

If an alarm occurs, Vibroweb XP immediately alerts maintenance personnel by e-mail or SMS.

The sending of measurement data as well as remote access and remote control can be carried out via Ethernet, modem or mobile networks.

The data are then evaluated and archived using the Omnitrend PC software.

To carry out telediagnosis, the specialist logs into the system via an online connection and browser.

Vibroweb XP works autonomously without a PC and is, therefore, particularly suitable for applications in inaccessible or out-of-the-way aggregates such as pump stations and pipelines.
