Precision vertical positioning on the table
The ZP200 elevator table from Parker Hannifin's Electromechanical Automation Division is a highly dynamic lifting platform for use in a wide range of precision vertical positioning applications.
With a lifting capacity of 75kg, acceleration rates up to 7.2m/s2, positional repeatability of +/-3um and a continuous duty rating, the ZP200 elevator table from Parker Hannifin's Electromechanical Automation Division is a highly dynamic lifting platform for use in a wide range of precision vertical positioning applications.
With a precision straightness of +/-15arc-sec throughout the entire travel, the ZP200 uses a unique wedge design to convert horizontal motion into true vertical elevation of the platform with absolutely no displacement in the horizontal (x-y) plane.
With a travel range of 25mm, the ZP200 is available in either standard or precision grades and is offered with 5, 10 or 20mm lead precision ground ballscrew options, providing a maximum lift velocity of 440mm/s.
A rugged bearing design provides platform stiffness and stability while the precision ground ballscrew drive assures positional accuracy and worry-free operation.
Recirculating square rail bearings are incorporated into a unique variation of "wedge" mechanics to enable reliable high dynamic performance without the potential loss of travel encountered with crossed roller bearings.
The ZP200 may be used in combination with Parker's MX-, XR- and LXR-series tables to create a range of multi-axis x-y-z systems, and can be used as the system base axis or top axis to fit the motion requirements of the application.
Standard options of the ZP200 include preparation for Class 10 cleanroom, linear encoder feedback with resolutions from 0.1 to 5.0um, integral end-of-travel limit and home sensors, a failsafe holding brake and mechanical mounting and coupling options for NEMA16/23 or 55mm frame size motors.
