ProSoft is offering an additional four-day class on 24th to 27th August in Portland, Maine, designed for CAD managers who are guiding their organisations in a transition to MicroStation V8.

ProSoft is offering an additional four-day class on 24th to 27th August in Portland, Maine, designed for CAD managers who are guiding their organisations in a transition to MicroStation V8.

ProSoft is offering free hotel accommodations to the first six students who register.

CAD managers will learn how to design, create, and manage custom workspace configurations and how to convert a MicroStation V7 workspace to V8.

Instruction will include workspace design concepts, MicroStation configuration variables, operators and preprocessor directives, configuration processing levels, and workspace administration topics.

Students will learn how to manage MicroStation resources including cells, DWG blocks, text and dimension styles, DGNLIB files, CSV files, colour tables, seed files and more.

Additional topics will include how to manage unlimited levels, using V8 models, and using the new work modes.

Tuition includes courseware and four days of hands-on instruction.

Classes also include continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments each day, plus dinner at a local restaurant Thursday night, a certificate, and special MicroStation CAD manager jacket.

Space is limited, so students are encouraged to register early.
