Prosoft Technology MVI69 protocol conversion modules are the ideal solution for connecting Allen-Bradley's 1769 CompactLogix processors with a variety of networks including: DF1 master/slave; Modbus master/slave; ASCII; DNP 3.0 master/slave; IEC60870-5-101 master; IEC60870-5-101 slave; IEC60870-5-103 master; and C programmable.

These powerful in-chassis modules offer many features and benefits including: a cost effective modular solution; backplane compatibility with CompactLogix processors; two isolated serial ports and one debug port; both serial ports are individually configurable; and a 57.6Kbaud rate.

The MVI69 modules have two serial ports and one programming/status port (RS232 only).

The two serial ports are application ports allowing easy connectivity to foreign devices (RS232/422/485) and networks, providing greater interface flexibility, reduced time and costs and simplified installation and startups.

The MVI69 modules are scheduled for release in Q2 2004.

The MVI69 modules come with Prosoft's 1-year warranty and unlimited technical support.
