The MVI94-BSCH Bosch communication module is an easy way to connect the Bosch food and chemo-technical packaging machinery to the Flex I/O platform.
The MVI94-BSCH Bosch communication module is an easy way to connect the Bosch food and chemo-technical packaging machinery to the Flex I/O platform.
The MVI94-BSCH is backplane compatible with a user-defined database.
Data are made available to the processor on a ControlNet network.
Features include: a Bosch master port that continuously polls the Bosch slave devices; up to 100 user-defined commands; commands can be activated in the module under processor control; and a configuration/debug port that provides access to the database, communication statistics and configuration using an external computer executing a terminal server program.
Supported Bosch packaging machinery includes: SVB 2501 intermittent motion V/F/F/S machine; SVB 3601 intermittent motion V/F/F/S machine; SVB 3601 R V/F/F/S machine; SVK 2500 continuous motion V/F/F/S machine; and SVK 3600 continuous motion V/F/F/S machine.
